At Jules Luxury, we strive to provide unique, high quqlity products that combine fashion and innovation. Due to the exclusive nature of our clothing brand, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy.
NO RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of heart or preference
- Sizing issues
- Damage caused by customer
- Any other reason
NO REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds or store credits under any circumstances. By placing an order and making payment, customers acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy.
